Human resource development in the link-up group

In close cooperation with the Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften (ADG – Academy of German Cooperatives), the DGRV coordinates work on educational policy for the entire cooperative organisation. Alongside strategy development concerning policy issues in educational endeavours, the implementation of inter-association concepts for personnel development is a central feature of this work. Customised programmes of qualification are created, which are offered within the cooperative personnel development framework (GenoPE).
In VR-Bildung (VR education), an e-learning system supported by the entire link-up group, a modern concept for contemporary, media-compatible advanced training has been developed. It is available to all employees of the Volksbanks and Raiffeisenbanks. The promotion of employees in the rural and small-scale industry commodity sector is nurtured through their own management and training programmes.
