Cooperatives in Germany

Welcome to Deutscher Genossenschafts- und Raiffeisenverband e. V. (DGRV – German Cooperative and Raiffeisen Confederation – reg. assoc.).

The cooperative network is the largest economic organisation in Germany in terms of members, with over 17 million members spread across about 5,300 cooperatives.
DGRV is the apex and the auditing association as defined by the German Cooperative Act. We represent the joint interests of the cooperative network and we furthermore audit, advise and support our members. Our range of services corresponds to the size of the cooperative network.
